Fight Back with Shit
Das ist der typisch dänische Weg sich mit Humor zu wehren. Einfach großartig. Und eben westlich. Dänemark wird also keinen Dannfoss-Ingenieur, keinem Arla-Mitarbeiter und keinen Bauernsohn als Selbstmordattentäter in einen
saudischen Supermarkt entsenden. Vorerst reichen verbale Proteste und die Fantasie und Solidarität der Bloggerwelt. Die Jungs von minut haben jedenfalls nachgedacht.
Inzwischen ist die Solidarität und Kreativität auch auf andere Blogger übergesprungen, Mr. D. T. Devareaux von The Polemical Artwork zeigt uns eine eindrucksvolle Karikatur.
Ich habe inzwischen aus Solidarität mit unseren Freunden sämtliche Keksdosen und den Käse in unserem Supermarkt gekauft. Naja irgendwas muss man ja machen.....

Nachtrag: Tom Gross from the Mideast Media Analysis ist es zu verdanken, daß wir auch mal erfahren welche "politisch korrekten" Karikaturen in den arabischen Medien zu finden sind. Da werden alte Klischees aufgewärmt und Hass ist
eine noch milde Beschreibung der Bildaussage. Dagegen sind die Mohammed Karikaturen doch harmlos. Haben wir, der Westen, je verlangt, daß die arabischen Medien ihre Cartoons zurückziehen sollen? 14 weitere Beispiele bei
