Does Iran have the nuclear bomb? Nicht alle Iraner sind so humorlos und diktatortrocken wie unser neuer GRÖWAZ Ahmadinedschad. Den könnte man getrost auf eine Bank neben seinen
nordkoreanischen Freund setzen. Doch der ist verschwunden, oder issa wieda uffgetaucht? Na wie auch immer, es gibt einen feinen iranischen Humor wie ich neulich schon einmal am Beispiel eines Taxifahrers verlinkt hatte.

I don't think so. If it did, all Iranians would know about it. And when the Iranian people know something, then the whole world knows about it, because an Iranian cannot keep a secret, even if he is the minister of intelligence.
So einen brauchen wir auch noch: Einen Intelligenzminister. Viele kommen dafür aber nicht in Frage…
Why should the West not be alarmed about Iran getting the nuclear bomb?
Because the current Iranian government does not wish to stop Israel with its nuclear weapons. It wants to stop its opposition groups.
Hatten Sie etwas anderes gedacht? Das rhetorische Palaver ist wahrscheinlich Ausdruck dieser tief sitzenden Basarmentalität. Man redet über dieses und jenes und kommt erst ganz am Schluss zur Sache. Wer noch ein bisschen weiter schmunzeln will hier im Forward
