in Islamic fascism.

Keine Links zu Kopierknack-Software 
Sowas muß einem erst einmal einfallen. Da fällt eine deutsche Gericht ein Urteil gegen die Pressefreiheit. ´ Was war geschehen? Eine Münchner Anwaltskanzlei (Anwälte geben sich ja bekanntermaßen für alles her, sofern es nur Geld bringt...) hatte im Auftrag der Musikindustrie gegen den
Heise-Verlag geklagt. Der hatte in seinem Online-Medium unter der Überschrift "AnyDVD überwindet Kopierschutz von "Un-DVDs" über ein Update der in Deutschland verbotenen Kopiersoftware "AnyDVD" berichtet und einen Link zu der in der Karibik ansässigen Firma gelegt. Das Gericht war nun der Ansicht das zwar über die Software berichtet werden darf
(Sieg von Heise) aber der Link nicht gesetzt werden darf (Sieg der Musik.industrie). Das ist natürlich weltfremd. Jeder der auch nur eine Taste am PC zu drücken vermag ist in der Lage sich die Seite der Firma SlySoft selbst aufzurufen. Und außerdem könnte man dann auch die Hersteller von Medikamenten oder Waffen, die in Deutschland verboten sind,
nicht mehr benennen. Hier wurde erneut dem mündigen Bürger die Urteils- und Entscheidungsfähigkeit abgenommen bzw. vorenthalten. Außerdem ist das Urteil eine unverfrorene Einschränkung des Rechtes auf freie Berichterstattung, das wir ja schon aus den Verboten zur Verlinkung zu rechtsextremen Seiten kennen. Nicht jeder der aus Informationshunger
oder dem einfachen Bedürfnis sich selbst zu informieren eine "verbotene" Seite aufruft ist deswegen automatische ein Kopierknacker, Neonazi oder Waffenbesitzer. Wir hoffen Heyse geht in die Berufung und verlinken hier schon einmal als Leserservice die Firma Slysoft zu dem Artikel bei
Heyse Online oder unserer rebellog-Seite
