Nach unserer
Auffassung sind Anschrift und Telefonnummer
Privateigentum. Telefonanbieter haben das erkannt und gewähren die
Möglichkeit die Rufnummer und Anschrift aus dem Telefonbuch entfernen
zu lassen.
Ein Gesetz das die Veröffentlichung dieser Privatdaten bei privat
betriebenen Webpages vorschreibt gefährdet diejenigen, die ihr Recht
auf freie Meinungsäußerung wahrnehmen. Besonders dann, wenn es sich
um Webpages mit politischem Inhalt handelt.
Wenn ich die hasserfüllten Emails sichte die wir bekommen, empfinde
ich das Gesetz als eine grobe Zumutung und als eine Gefährdung meiner
Familie. Deshalb haben wir uns entschlossen das Gesetz zu unterlaufen
und veröffentlichen diese Privatdaten nicht.
In our view, address
and telephone number are personal property. Telephone providers have
recognized this and allow for the removal of telephone number and
address from the telephone book. A law that dictates the publication
of this private information in privately operated WebPages endangers
those who use their right to freedom of expression; especially then,
when the WebPages deal with political issues.
When I see the hateful e-mails that have been sent to us, I perceive
this law as a gross impertinence and an endangerment of my family. For
that reason we have decided to undermine the law and will not publish
this personal information.
