Mein Name ist Gigi Kelle

Ich schlafe morgens gerne aus. Weil ich abends spät ins Bett gehe. Ich bin gern lange mit Freunden zusammen. Aber auch allein mit einem guten Buch oder einem Film bin ich glücklich. Ich kann jedenfalls so richtig genießen. Wichtig ist dann eins: Das etwas meinen Magen und meine Seele zusammenhält. Und das kommt meist aus der Küche oder aus dem Weinkeller. Da ich aber ein bißchen faul bin (bitte nicht weitersagen) müssen meine Leckereien relativ einfach und schnell anzurichten sein, andererseits aber überdurchschnittlich gut schmecken und (ein bißchen eitel bin ich auch) besonders was her machen. Ich gebe auch offen zu: Ein dickes Lob macht mich nicht verlegen. Es zeigt mir, daß ich mal wieder richtig lag. Wie auch immer: ich halte meine Küche klein und was gelungen ist wiederhole ich gerne, vielleicht bin ich ja risikoscheu.

Allerdings achte ich nicht auf den Pfennig, das Beste ist immer gerade gut genug. Und bloß nicht bei den Zutaten geizen. Auch mach ich gerne etwas mehr. Das hat dann zur Folge, daß oft etwas übrig bleibt. Aber bei mir kommt nichts um: Entweder lade ich wieder andere Freunde ein, oder ----- esse alles selber auf.

Ach noch was: Wenn Sie normale Rezepte lesen wollen kaufen Sie sich ein Kochbuch von Dr. Oetker oder Paul Bocuse. Meine Rezepte sind etwas flockiger formuliert. Ich habe sie angereichert mit schwarzen Zutaten. Das können libertäre, politische, literarische oder  erotische Bemerkungen sein. Bigotte Hypokriten, politisch korrekte Gutmenschen und humorlose Spießer könnten sich beleidigt fühlen. Denen empfehle ich einen Besuch in einem vegetarischen Restaurant, in der übriggebliebenen Volksküche einer  postsowjetischen Republik oder bei der Heilsarmee. Guten Appetit!

For those of you who watch what you eat ... Here's the final word on nutrition and health, and it's a relief to know the truth after all those conflicting medical studies:

1. The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Canadians, British or Americans.
2. The Mexicans eat a lot of fat and also suffer fewer heart attacks than the Canadians, British or Americans.
3. The Japanese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Canadians, British or Americans.
4. The Italians drink excessive amounts of red wine and also suffer fewer heart attacks than the Canadians, British or Americans.
5. The Germans drink a lot of beer and eat lots of sausages and fats and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Canadians, British or Americans.
6. Ukrainians and Polish drink a lot of vodka, eat a lot of perogies, cabbage rolls and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Canadians, British or Americans.

CONCLUSION:
Eat and drink what you like.
Speaking English is apparently what kills you.

Our children create their pages autonomously and are happy about every visitor. Even libertarians have to eat sometimes. Therefore, go to Culinaria. That doesn’t mean that we comply with the contemporary eco-madness or a bio-dictation. We also indulge in the consumption of gene-manipulated tomatoes, serve ourselves from the deep-freeze, forgo Soja-steaks and view pest-resistant rice as a possibility to fight global hunger. After all, you don’t have to accept our dinner invitations, and you can feel free to convert our recipes into suitable health food ...

And last, but not least, some Eroticism. Even here we don’t want to waive our freedom of expression.
